          Self-worth is a human concept of self-worth. It can be said that the measure of how much a person thinks is worth it is self-acceptance.

          Ex: You do not allow others to control you because you know how to claim that you can easily deal will this situation in a different way.

1. Be true to yourself
   Being true to yourself means deciding what is important to you, looking for your own resilience to grow, believing in yourself comes from putting together a strategic plan and deciding on a specific action plan.

2. Self-recognition
   Self-acceptance means spending a little time at the end of each day siting with yourself and feeling good about your efforts. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you doing you will succeed.

3. Concentration
   When making decisions during day, you need to ask yourself "Does this choice bring me closer or further away from my goal?". If the answer is closer or further notice how this feels. Decide which options will make you feel good, live, prosper. "If you have no choice, try both to find out about yourself.

4. It is normal to change your mind
   If your dairy choices do not support yourself in your goals then decide whether you want to develop a new, better solution or re-evaluate what you want. If your goals are no longer of interest to you, you stop thinking about it. Goal sitting should make you feel happy, satisfied, and feel accomplished.

5. Cheers to yourself
   Count the times you allow yourself to take that one step forward as you wish you also need to take time to celebrate, otherwise your efforts are worth it? Life is about how you can allow yourself to feel good from the inside out, and setting goals is the process to feel good on the inside as you recognize your power.

6. Avoid negative self-talk
   Wherever we are, we no longer choose fear and self-esteem as a method for motivation. Instead, you need to know that it is your job to focus on what you want by creating a richer region for your wants to grow. You always get what you think about it the most. If you think negatively about yourself or others, you will have that experience over and over again.

7. Gratitude
   If you are in a state of gratitude, you are in a state of receiving. It is a relief when we are grateful for life, no matter how small it may seem. Gratitude increases confidence from within because it makes us feel good to give and receive praise. It is the fastest way to express intention and find peace from the heart.
